What has been your favorite event or program to teach during your time at Cliff Drysdale Tennis and why?
AR: Teaching at and attending the Tennis with the Stars event in Palm Springs, CA. Had a blast in the beautiful weather, taught great people who were eager to learn, got to play on the same court with multiple top professional players, and had great seats at the BNP Paribas Open with lots of people who were equally as excited.
What part of being a tennis pro do you feel you've improved at the most during your time in the program?
AR: Even though I had a lot of valuable teaching information in my head, the program helped teach me effective ways to properly dole out the information in ways that made sense to people at all levels. I feel much more confident in my abilities as a result of my time with PTU.
If you could teach a private lesson to any person in the world, who would it be and why?
AR: Roger Federer. Just a lesson on how to win the points that matter *sob wimbledon 2019*
What advice would you have for those interested in joining the PTU program?
AR: The only thing you have to lose is the time that you put into the program, as CDT takes care of all your expenses during your time here. If you have any interest in teaching or tennis management and you’re not already a bona fide expert on the subject, the program has a ton to offer.
