Greenwich, Connecticut (February 24, 2025) – Cliff Drysdale Management, the leader in providing racquet sports, club and hospitality management, has been selected to manage racquet, swim and club operations at The Bailiwick Club, a member-owned private club in Greenwich, Connecticut.
Established in 1972, The Bailiwick Club offers six Har-Tru tennis courts, an expansive swimming pool, four pickleball courts, three platform tennis courts, and a full-service grill adjacent to the pool deck. The club's membership primarily consists of families from Greenwich, CT, and Westchester County, NY. Cliff Drysdale Management, a Troon Company, will be overseeing all areas of club operations, including racquets sports, aquatics, food and beverage, membership, programming and events. Glenn Hutchinson has been appointed as General Manager, and Luke Purser will serve as Director of Racquets. Cyndie Chorie is returning as the Director of Aquatics.

Glenn Hutchinson brings over 25 years of experience in the wellness and hospitality industries to his role as General Manager. His diverse background includes owning a high-end wellness facility, managing multi-unit fitness operations, and launching boutique studios in Fairfield County. A former member of the Lake Tennis and Swim Club in Wilton, CT, Glenn has also served on its Board of Directors.
As Director of Racquets, Luke Purser will oversee all tennis, pickleball, and platform tennis programs at The Bailiwick Club. Purser is a seasoned professional with a passion for racquet sports and a commitment to delivering exceptional member experiences. As a junior tennis player, Purser achieved a ranking of #9 in Great Britain and #414 in the world. He has extensive experience in the club space, most recently coming from Silver Spring Country Club, where he served as the Director of Paddle and Head Racquets Professional.
