Caio Barros
DIRECTOR OF TENNIS
Originally from Belo Horizonte, Brazil, Caio started playing tennis when he was six years old. He competed in national tournaments and ITFs in juniors before coming to the US to play college tennis. He played, captained and eventually coached at Cardinal Stritch University, nationally ranked NAIA school in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
Caio brings to La Costa over 12 years of coaching experience, program development and club leadership. Most recently he served as the Director of Racquets at The Town Club in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, while also coaching at the NCAA Division I level at Marquette University.
