Introducing tennis related techniques, movement and the concept of rallying. Future Champs introduce tennis related games designed to help learn the concepts of tennis in a fun and enjoyable style.

Young A-Rods Jr Program
This program concentrates on stroke production, rallying and learning the basic concepts of tennis. Teaching players how to score and strategies involved in the game.
Ages 11-18

Tuesday

Cardio Tennis
Take your cardio routine out of the gym and on to the tennis court! Cardio Tennis is designed to give you a complete cardio workout. A great work out for players of all abilities.
No tennis experience required!

Open Clinic
An energetic 90 minute session comprised of drilling, strategy and point play situations.
