Cliff Drysdale, Founder 

An International Tennis Hall of Fame member, Cliff has devoted over four decades of his life to promoting the advancement of the tennis culture. His contributions to the game span across an award-winning career as a professional player, his leadership roles in advancing Open Tennis and in the founding and presidency of the Association of Tennis Professionals (ATP) and a 30 year+ tenure as an ESPN tennis analyst. As founder and President of Cliff Drysdale Tennis, Cliff oversees the design processes of new tennis and club facilities, consults with developers and hospitality executives on how to build and maintain a world-class tennis program, and makes appearances at Tennis Legend events hosted by our partners and sponsors around the world. Learn more about Cliff's history and accomplishments within the tennis industry here.



Don Henderson, Chief Executive Officer

Don began his professional tennis career as an intern at the John Newcombe Tennis Ranch and Academy, where he worked his way up the ranks to Director of the John Newcombe Tennis Ranch until 1997. He formed a partnership with Cliff Drysdale after serving as his Director of Tennis at The Ritz-Carlton, Key Biscayne Tennis Garden, and has served as Chief Executive Officer of Cliff Drysdale Management and its divisions, including; Ladies Retreats, Legend Events,, Ritz Kids and Cliff Drysdale Management since 1999. Don’s most recent venture in the tennis industry has been to take on the role of developer and project manager for the John Newcombe Estate and Country Club in New Braunfels, TX - a luxury country club community with a world-class tennis and fitness facility.

Don spends a great deal of time on the tennis court training CDM teaching professionals, as a team captain for the company’s famous Ladies Retreats, playing in event exhibitions and instructing clients. He is also an avid fitness enthusiast and runner.





Jamie Graham, Chief Financial Officer

Jamie has been with Cliff Drysdale Management since it’s inception in 2001. A former tennis teaching professional at The Ritz-Carlton Tennis Garden Key Biscayne, Jamie joined the CDM Corporate Team as the Director of Operations in 2003 and has been an instrumental leader directing the company’s growth, quality assurance and implementation of it’s highly successful management practices. In her new role, Jamie is responsible for all financial and fiscal management aspects of CDT operations and provides direct support to the CEO and coordination for the administrative (IT, Human Resources and Business Services) business planning, budgeting and accounting areas of the company.

A native of North Carolina and competitive tennis player, Jamie played Division III tennis for Rhodes College and graduated in 2001 with a Bachelors in Education. 


 Scott Colebourne, Chief Operating Officer

Scott Colebourne holds a Bachelor's degree, with concentrations in Finance and Communications from the University of Waikato, NZ. As a Junior, Colebourne was nationally ranked in the top 5 in New Zealand, and went on to play at the Collegiate All American    level at Vincennes University, Indiana. Scott has been with Cliff Drysdale Tennis since 2007 in various operational roles, specializing in development and growth of tennis resort programs, signature events, and tennis-related room night sales strategies.

Scott is second in command to the CEO and oversees all daily operations, staff and departments company-wide. His responsibilities include designing and implementing business strategies, plans and procedures; setting comprehensive goals for    performance and growth; and establishing policies that promote CDT culture and vision.



Scott McCulloch, Vice President of Operations

Scott McCulloch, a native of Sydney, Australia holds a bachelors degree in Sports Management from Sutherland College, Australia. Scott was a nationally ranked junior in Australia where he was coached by former World Number One John Newcombe, and his son Clint Newcombe. Scott has worked extensively with many of the legends of the game both on and off the court from coaching top ranked players to the development and implementation of a variety of tennis programs and club management across the country.

Since his arrival to the company in 2007 McCulloch has opened and grown over 16 locations for CDM. With nearly 20 years of teaching tennis and his background in building and managing clubs of all sizes, McCulloch brings a wealth of experience, training and leadership to our clubs and partners.In his VP of Operations capacity, McCulloch oversees the programming and membership departments in the CDT club portfolio, and is responsible for maximizing growth and profitability while leading and managing all day-to-day tennis operations functions (human resources, budgets, goal setting and accountability, sales/marketing).


 Kimberly Arena, Vice President of Sales and Marketing 

 Employed by Cliff Drysdale Management since 2007, Kimberly is a skilled marketing and management professional qualified by ten years of visible achievements in the sports and hospitality industries. She is a graduate of East Carolina University, and prior to her       tenure at Cliff Drysdale Tennis she worked as an account manager for the marketing firm JadamCommerce, followed by a position at Sobe America LLC as the firm’s General Manager and Event Director. Her specialties include project management, art direction and   graphic design, sponsorship development, charity fundraising and special event production. Kimberly is responsible for leading the external sales and marketing strategy for CDT, in addition to coordinating successful working relationships between CDT departments   and facilities, market research and planning; strategic direction for promotion and advertising; and directing the day-to-day activities of corporate marketing and event staff.
